The hosting renewal charges will be due at the end of the 12 month period.

Either option gives you full ownership of the store, and you are free to move the whole website to another hosting provider as soon as the 12 month period is over, or if you buy the site out right, you are free to move the site straight away.

The website will be registered to you, the domain will be transfered into your name.
